Dancing is always a visual feast, even it comes a stainless steel sculpture. Recently, an elegant stainless steel sculpture, which dances outside a large residential district in Fuzhou City, draw attention from the public.
Clay Mold
It is a large-scale and high-grade community who requires to build a special sculpture to upgrade its beautiful degree. In accordance of the demand, a "dancer" is designed. This sculpture, stands 2 meter height, is made of stainless steel 316 so that she has bright and mirrored surface. As ballet dancer, she raises one hand while the other one holds down behind, and one of her feet stands on tiptoe while the other one cocks. Her face look up slightly, with her eyes staring at where her hand points. In the sun, she looks like a superstar lightened by the projector lamp.
Welding & Polishing
In order to build this "dancer", the sculptors apply the method of casting. After a clay mould was finished, the team started to cast it, and then they divided the sculpture from the casing. With the completion of surface treatment, a bright stainless steel dancer was achieved.
This elegant sculpture has been a landmark since it was exhibited, and passersby couldn't help stopping to watch it, as if they were watching a real dance performance.
